Q.01: Is it free to estimate the price of the model?
A.01: YES, it is free. Please inquire freely.

Q.02: How long does it take to manufacture a model?
A.02: Depending on the complexity of the project. A standard model can be complete within 30 to 60 working days. As for study models, can be complete within 14 to 21 working days.

Q.03: Is it possible to check the progress of the model?
A.03: YES. We request client to inspect the model twice during the production period. We have the Intermediate inspection to confirm the accuracy of the model and Final inspection to confirm the color and other details of the model. In the event that the client is not available for a visit, the inspection can be made with progress photo send to them.

Q.04: What informations are needed for estimating the cost of the model?
A.04: Please provide us the following information: Architectural plans, sections and elevations; Scale of the model; and Perspective. If possible, you can also include detail drawing, site development plan and sketchup or CG.

Q.05: Does the price of the model and completion date change along with material and scale of the model?
A.05: YES. Our architectural models are mainly made of acrylic and soft cardboard materials. Price will change depending on the materials needed. Completion date and delivery will not be affected.

Q.06: Do you provide after-sales service for maintenance?
A.06: YES. Bena associate will visit you to check the model condition and do repair. Cost of repairing service and the travel expenses will be charged.
